Are you a car rental company?
No. We are an independent booking assistance and referral service. Cars are rented by independent rental providers.
Does it cost anything to call?
No. Our help is free. We may receive a referral fee from providers, which adds nothing to your cost.
What do I need to rent a car?
Requirements are set by each provider and usually include a valid driver's license, a minimum age and a credit or debit card. Some providers also require proof of insurance.
Can I rent if I'm under 25?
Many providers rent to drivers 21 and older, often with a young-driver fee. The provider confirms its age policy.
Can I pick up in one city and drop off in another?
Many providers offer one-way rentals. Availability and one-way fees vary by provider and route.
Why don't you show prices?
Rates depend on location, dates, car type, taxes, fees and add-ons. The provider confirms the full price before you book.
Who do I contact about an existing reservation?
Please contact the rental provider you booked with for changes, cancellations, payments, damage or roadside help.
